ZA-13-04. Location: City wide, applicable to each of the residential zoning districts listed below. Description: A request to amend the provisions of DMMC Chapter 30.04 (Definitions) to define the terms: “Family,” “Supportive Housing,” “Target Population” and “Transitional Housing;” and to amend DMMC Chapter 30.86 (Supplemental Regulations) to specify that, in accordance with provisions of California Housing law, Supportive Housing and Transitional Housing are allowed uses in those locations and zones within the City where other types of residential uses are allowed, subject to the same requirements and review processes as those other residential uses.
