Environmental Status: An Initial Study and Draft Negative Declaration (SCH No. 2017021063) were prepared and circulated to the public between February 12 and March 21, 2017. No comments were received during the 20 day circulation and comment period. A Notice of Intent to Adopt a Negative Declaration was forwarded to the State Clearinghouse, as well as posted to the City’s website on February 12, 2017.
