Final IS/MND. Camino del Mar Bridge Replacement. Location: Camino del Mar Bridge over the Floodway/San Dieguito Lagoon and adjacent connecting streets in the vicinity including Camino del Mar between Via de la Valle (north of bridge) and Sandy Lane/29th Street (south of bridge). Description: This is a request for a Planning Commission recommendation to the City Council regarding the Final IS/MND for the Camino del Mar Bridge replacement project. The Final IS/MND concluded that the project will not result in significant impacts because the combination of applicable regulatory requirements, standard construction procedures, and mitigation, monitoring and reporting program requirements will effectively minimize the potential for any significant effects to the environment. The City Council will consider adoption of the Final IS/MND at a future meeting in April 2023.
