Sediment Management Plan/Wetland Habitat Assessment. Location: Citywide. Owner/Applicant: City of Del Mar. Environmental Status: This action does not result in a physical change in the environment and is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Any proposed physical project will be subject to environmental review per CEQA. Staff Contact: Amanda Lee, Principal Planner. Description: The Sediment Management Plan and San Dieguito Lagoon Wetland Habitat Assessment documents are technical reports that support the City’s Sea Level Rise Adaptation Plan/Local Coastal Program Amendment that are required by the Coastal Commission pursuant to the work program for Local Coastal Program Grant 16-13. The reports provide data that can be relied upon for future adaptation projects. The Planning Commission is being asked to review the technical reports and provide a recommendation to the City Council.
