Environmental Status: The project is listed among the classes of projects determined to have less than significant adverse effect on the environment and therefore, is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15303 Class 1 (Existing Facilities) and has further been determined that none of the six exceptions to the use of a categorical exemption would apply to this project (CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2).
