ZA24-003. Density Bonus Ordinance Implementation of Housing Element Program 1G (Density Bonus). This is a request for a recommendation from the Planning Commission to the City Council on the proposed zoning code amendment to update the City’s existing Density Bonus regulations. This action is required to implement Program 1G in the City’s certified 6th Cycle Housing Element (2021-2029). The amendments are consistent with State Density Bonus law as set forth in California Government Code Section 65915(a).
