ZA-14-04 (Zone Code Amendment) GPA-14-01 (Community Plan Amendment) A request to amend the provisions of DMMC Chapters 30.16 (RM-East) 30.17 (RM-West), 30.18 (RM-Central) and 30.19 (RM-South) to remove the requirement for receipt of a Conditional Use Permit to develop duplexes and other multifamily residential housing on properties that meet the minimum lot size and maximum allowable density parameters specified in the underlying zoning; and a corresponding amendment to the provisions of the Community Development Element of the Del Mar Community Plan to delete the reference to a requirement for receipt of a Conditional Use Permit to develop multi-family residential projects in the City’s RM Zones.
