Project Description: The applicant is requesting an Administrative Design Review Permit for improvements on an existing residence to include: a firepit in the rear yard; new exterior lighting; and extension of a 6-foot-high privacy wall to the southwest corner of the property.

Project Description: A request for a Design Review Board Permit to remodel the exterior of an existing 1,578 square-foot, one-story residence with attached garage. Proposed improvements include: demolishing 87 square feet of floor area from the residence and garage; demolishing rear patio cover; constructing a 689 square-foot, one-story addition with roof modifications and a new chimney; constructing a new 230 square-foot FAR-exempt covered front porch; constructing a new pool and associated mechanical equipment; and installation of new exterior lighting, landscape, hardscape and site improvements.
