A25-001. ZA25-001. Location: Citywide. Applicant: City of Del Mar. Environmental Status: Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) (General Rule) because CEQA only applies to projects with the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment. There is no change in baseline environmental conditions or potential to cause a significant effect on the environment as a result of the Ordinance. Staff Contact: Matt Bator, AICP, Principal Planner.
