Overlay Zone: Coastal (Appeals Jurisdiction). Environmental Status: Exempt. Contact Person: Adriana Jaramishian, Assistant Planner. Description: The applicant is requesting an Administrative Modification (AMOD) Permit to amend previously-approved development plans associated with ADR17-026, with the addition of one air conditioning unit, exterior path lights and an increase in retaining wall height near the east property line of an existing single-family residence. Description: A request for a Design Review Permit and a Coastal Development Permit to demolish a detached garage and a portion of an existing single-family home. New construction would consist of a new 2,643 square-foot basement, a 1,585 square-foot two-story addition the existing home, and a new 403 square-foot detached garage. Site grading and landscaping are also proposed. Design Review Board adoption of the associated Negative Declaration is also proposed.
