Description: A request for the Planning Commission to consider whether to adopt a Resolution to make a recommendation to the City Council regarding a proposal to 1) amend the Del Mar Municipal Code (DMMC) and certified Local Coastal Program by Ordinance to add a new DMMC Chapter 30.73 (Temporary Use Permits) to establish a permit process and standards for review for temporary uses; and 2) to adopt a new application fee for Temporary Use Permits by Resolution of the City Council.
