A presentation by Staff and The Miller Hull Partnership updating the DRB on the design progress of the City Hall/Town Hall/Plaza project. The project includes new public buildings, including an (approximately) 9,250 sq.ft. City Hall, 3,200 sq.ft. Town Hall, 160 public parking stalls (in structure and surface) and a 15,000 sq.ft. public plaza. A public hearing for this project has been tentatively scheduled for the December 16, 2015 DRB meeting.
